They are located in the Malhada Estate, in Santa Vitória, in the municipality of Beja.

Red wine grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, Aragonês, Tinta Caiada, Alfrocheiro, Baga, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Alicante Bouschet.

Our white grape varieties: Arinto, Verdelho, Antão Vaz, Viosinho, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

The vineyard was first planted in 2000. The vineyards are located around the cellar, allowing the grapes to be transported quickly without alterations to the fruit, being processed soon after arrival.
Aiming to enhance the quality of the grapes, whenever possible, pruning of complete grape bunches in made (the bunches are pruned from the vine to improve the quality of the remaining bunches).

We practice an integrated production system in order to protect the vineyard’s environment and biodiversity.

Vineyard: For the best wines, we select the best bunches of grapes by hand. The grapes are transported in 20 kg boxes, so the grapes can remain intact up to the cellar reception area. The maturing of the wine will depend on the year’s weather conditions and the characteristics of the grape varieties. Between August and September, the maturating is monitored daily in the vineyard, allowing the best time to be chosen for the harvest of each variety.
