RIGHT OF CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and to return the purchased products, without the need to justify it, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, under the provided by the Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th.
The declaration of withdrawal from contract must be made unequivocally, through a registered letter with notice of receipt or e-mail to the addresses indicated below. If the consumer so wishes, he/she may use the form provided below for that purpose.
The products must be returned in perfect condition and delivered to Casa de Sta. Vitória – Sociedade Agro-Industrial, S.A., within 14 days from the date of contract withdrawal. Shipping costs are suported by the consumer.
The price paid will be refunded after the return of the produts.
