Vinification: Skin contact for 7 hours. Static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14° and 17°C (57,2° and 62,6°F).
Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alfrocheiro.
Tasting Notes:Clear appearance and pink color. Intense aroma of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry). Very elegant in the mouth, soft with good persistence.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an appetizer or to accompany cold salads, seafood, fish and sushi.
Temperature Service: 8º - 10ºC.
