We have selected the best fruits from the Cobrançosa, Cordovil, Galega and Picual varieties from our olive grove at Malhada Estate, in Alentejo, in order to produce an Extra Virgin olive oil with 0.2% acidity.
With fruity aromas, it has a fresh and smooth taste. Ideal for salad dressings, for fish and pasta, or as a starter with a little Alentejo bread.
The Casa de Santa Vitória vinegar was produced through the fermentation of a selected red wine made with the Aragonez grape variety. It is a full bodied garnet coloured vinegar, rich in tannins. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which give it smoothness and elegance.
It is a vinegar with 7% acidity, full bodied, with an intense and persistent taste. Ideal for seasoning fish, meat, salads, dressings and marinades.
